Moninaisten huhujen päätteeksi Harmonix on puolitosissaan paljastanut Rock Band 3:n biisilistan. Vahvistus biiseistä tuli videossa, jonka studio oli laatinut vastauksena vaihteleviin väittämiin pelin sisällöstä. Vaikka kyseessä ei aivan pukumiesluokan muodollinen julkistus olekaan, voidaan Harmonixin olettaa pitäytyvän faktoissa.
